This website, member.e3BFM.com (“e3BFM”) is an e3Business, LLC site for clients who have purchased access to premium content or entered into an e3Business Consulting Agreement. A subscription is required. Unauthorized access is prohibited. The content on e3BFM is provided for informational purposes only. Users are responsible for 1) The decision to implement any changes to their business; 2) Both foreseen and unforeseen consequences of implementing any e3BFM content; and 3) Ensuring that any implementation of e3BFM content is compliant with local, state and federal laws. Payment for premium content access to e3BFM is paid in advance quarterly or annually, starting on the date premium content access is purchased. Once initial users access e3BFM, no refunds will be provided. Premium content access renews every three months for quarterly purchases and every 12 months for annual purchases. Premium content access must be cancelled in advance of renewal. Once Premium content access is renewed, no refunds will be provided, even if users do not access e3BFM.
e3Business, LLC reserves the right to refuse premium content access at their sole discretion, including but not limited to third-party practice management companies. Clients purchase premium content access for one log-in associated with their organization. Clients wishing to purchase additional log-ins for their organization must contact e3Business, LLC for pricing. Sharing premium content access outside of an organization is grounds for immediate termination of premium content access. All premium content is the property and work product of e3Business, LLC and is intended solely for the use of Clients. Clients are not allowed to distribute e3Business, LLC content outside of their organization, in writing or online. e3Business, LLC reserves all rights to pursue damages from violation of this policy.
Clients purchase premium content on an “as is” basis, with e3BFM providing not less than access to “Higher Ground: Critical Information for Physicians Interested in Practicing Integrative and Functional Medicine (I&FM),” (Brett W. Sparks, MBA HCM, 2019). Additional content shall be provided at the sole discretion of e3Business, LLC and may be added, altered or removed at any time.
Premium content access may be discontinued at any time, with no further payments accepted. e3Business, LLC may change the price of premium content access to be effective on sign up or renewal, with notice given to renewing clients at least ten (10) days in advance.
The laws of the state of Nevada shall govern an disputes or issues related to e3Business, LLC, e3BFM and premium content access, the construction of its terms and the interpretation of the rights and duties of the parties hereto.
