Option 2: Start with Practice Management Audit

1. Purchase Practice Management Audit ($950)
   1. Requires e3Business Consulting Agreement.
   2. Four step process including practice evaluation forms, two one-hour discussions and a report assessing discussed practice operations. Must be completed in 30 days.
   3. Includes website access.
2. After 30 days:
   1. Maintain website access (Quarterly $400, Annually $1,200).
   2. Add Additional Consulting Block as needed ($500 for 5 hours).
3. Best for practices trying to assess areas of improvement or management issues.

Option 3: Start with Practice Consulting

1. Purchase Practice Consulting ($1,500 for 10 hours a month)
   1. Requires e3Business Consulting Agreement.
   2. Includes website access.
   3. Add Additional Consulting Block as needed ($500 for 5 hours).
2. Best for practices with specific project consulting needs or ongoing management assistance.
